CLLC board will consist of a Board of Directors including a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasure. The board will also be made up of an Executive Committee. There will be a maximum of 11 members, and a minimum of 5 members. Term length will be 2 years and members are eligible for re-election. Board Meetings are typically held the last Monday of every month unless the Monday is a holiday or another event is happen. Contact center for any questions.
CLLC will employ a Director, an Assistant Director (these duties may be combined with another position if need be), a minimum of 3 Group Leaders, Assistants (as required by staff: child ratios) and 1 cook.
